Advance Jim Corbett Safari Booking Procedure

• Visitor Information: Provide the full name, age, and sex of each visitor exactly as printed on their identity cards along with the confirmatory amount for the safari booking.
• Travel Dates: Specify your preferred travel dates and safari timings.
• Advance Entry Fee: Pay the required advance safari entry fee.
• ID Proof: Include the specific ID card number of the ID proof you are holding (e.g., Voter ID, Aadhar No., Driving Licence No.).
• Refund Policy: Please note that permits booked through electronic sources are non-refundable.
• ID Card Requirement: Carry the same ID card used during booking.
• Notice Period: Notify us at least 30 days in advance for bookings.
• Foreign Tourist Booking: Foreign tourists can book up to 90 days in advance.
• Passport Details: Passport details are mandatory for the reservation of foreign tourists.
• Zone Availability: Safari zones will be assigned based on availability; your safari will be conducted in one designated zone.
• Canter Safari Schedule: Dhikala Canter Safari operates only from November 15th to June 15th each year and is closed during the rainy season.

Terms and Conditions

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receiving the full payment and issuance of an entry permit.
• Identification: All guests must carry valid ID proof as per government regulations.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior will incur a cancellation fee.
• Safari Timings: Jeep safaris are subject to timing restrictions as specified by the park authorities.
• Non-Transferable: Entry permits are strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the registered guests.
• Conduct: All visitors are expected to follow park regulations and maintain decorum throughout the safari.
• Weather Conditions: Safari operations may be affected by weather conditions, and safety is our top priority.
• Government Regulations: All safaris operate under the guidelines established by the Uttarakhand Government and the Corbett Tiger Reserve.
• Liability Waiver: Participants agree to hold harmless the safari provider for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the safari.
